Will the guide/driver accompany us during all visits inside monuments/museums and other points of interest?
Our guides are also your drivers, providing you with valuable information during travel. Due to parking difficulties and time constraints, they may not be able to accompany you inside monuments and museums. However, they will provide helpful tips and assist with ticket purchases. You'll have the freedom to explore sites at your own pace while your guide waits nearby. This model has a high satisfaction rate due to its flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and ability to visit many locations per day. For those who desire complete accompaniment inside every site, we offer a driver and a guide to cater to your needs.
Is accommodation included in the price?
Accommodation is not included in the price. However, we can send you our accommodation suggestions. We have a vast list of local 3*, 4* and 5* Bed & Breakfast and Boutique hotels across the country. We will provide you with suggestions so that you can choose the hotel that best suits your needs and your budget.
Are your tours accessible to people with disabilities?
We're sorry, but unfortunately, our tours may not be fully accessible to people with disabilities. Our van and car do not have proper installations to carry a person in a wheelchair, and some of the destinations and parts of some of the tours are not wheelchair friendly, due to floor conditions, stairs, and long ways.
We understand the importance of accessibility and inclusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and make them more accessible to everyone.

What is your cancellation policy?
At our tour agency, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to make the cancellation process as easy and transparent as possible. Our cancellation policy allows cancellations to be made up to 72 hours prior to the start of the tour, and we will provide a full refund of the ticket price.
However, please note that our tours involve the coordination of multiple partners, including transportation, guides, and other services. As such, we may not be able to cancel certain elements of the tour at the last minute without incurring penalties or fees. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
