We will depart from Lisbon towards Portugal's largest natural caves with unparalleled beauty. Then, we'll head towards Alcobaça so you can see the majestic UNESCO-classified Monastery. We'll continue to the picturesque fishing village of Nazaré, where you can enjoy the beach view that extends to São Martinho and the Óbidos Lagoon, which we will also visit. To end the afternoon with a bit of history, we'll take you to the fairytale-like village of Óbidos.
The journey will end with drop-off at your accommodation in Lisbon.

Monastery of Santa Maria de Alcobaça
World Heritage by UNESCO. Work on this 12th-century monument began in 1178 and lasted for 100 years, going through several stages of construction.
The Monastery of Alcobaça is known for its impressive Gothic architecture and the greatest love story in the history of Portugal – the tragic passion of D. Pedro and D. Inês de Castro.
A picturesque coastal town in central Portugal, is known for its rich traditions and and carismatic people. It has also gained a reputation among surfers as a top destination for big wave surfing, with the famous "Canhão da Nazaré" producing record-breaking waves. In fact, in 2011, Garrett McNamara surfed the largest wave ever recorded, measuring a whopping 30 meters.
The Bay of São Martinho is a beautiful natural bay on the West Coast of Portugal, offering calm and sheltered waters for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The town of São Martinho do Porto, located on the edge of the bay, has restaurants, bars, shops, and scenic walks along the waterfront.

Óbidos Castle
Beautiful medieval town, famous for its landscape and history and also for the typical liquor of ‘Ginja’. Here you can stroll through the narrow streets, visit the castle, taste Ginja liquor and artistic chocolates, enjoy the flowered balconies, the sidewalks covered in Portuguese pavement and the architecture of the houses. Óbidos is the ideal destination for a romantic walk. With a rich historical tradition, Óbidos is one of the most beautiful jewels of the country.
